Dear Sir/Madam, Our Visa Application Centres (VAC) in Manila and Cebu are currently closed. As such, submission of required documents and biometrics cannot be completed at this time. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are not able to process applications normally nor provide accurate processing times. Currently, processing of some applications is suspended and the application process has changed for visitor visas (including transit visas), eTAs, study permits, and work permits. Until further notice, most people cannot travel to Canada even if they have a valid visitor visa or electronic travel authorization (ETA), unless they are exempted from the restrictions.
